1. Who we are

This website and store are run by Acapulco Social Club, based in Sydney, Australia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at support@acapulcosocialclub.com or 241 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction NSW 2022, Australia. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our bags as accurately as we can, including their measurements. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Measurements are approximate (±1 cm).

3. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in your local currency and can change, but the price at checkout is the price you pay. An order is accepted when we send your shipping confirmation. If a clear pricing or stock error happens, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Discount codes

One code per order. Codes can't be swapped for cash. Our welcome code is for first orders only.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates from our fulfilment partner and carriers.

7. Returns

8. Using this website

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to hack it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful. We may update or change the site, our products or these terms at any time; the version on the site when you order applies to that order.

9. Intellectual property

The Acapulco Social Club name, logos, illustrations, photos and copy belong to us. Please don't use them without our written permission.

10. Third-party links and services

Links to other sites are there for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer law of your country (including the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act), or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the consumer protections of the country where you live.
