The honest version: how long delivery takes, what it costs, and how to send a bag back.
Delivery
Every bag ships tracked, from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. It doesn't ship from Sydney, so we say the real timing up front.
10–14 business days from the day you order. That includes packing and transit. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Duties and import taxes are paid by us. The price at checkout is the final price, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.

100-day free returns
Your bag should be one you love carrying. If it isn't, you have 100 days from delivery to send it back. Returns are free, wherever you are.
Email support@acapulcosocialclub.com with your order number and tell us if you'd like a refund or a different colour. We'll send a free prepaid return label. We refund you to your original payment method, including your original shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the bag.
Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 100 days. We'll replace it or refund you, and you don't need to send it back.
