Shipping policy

We're a small, independent brand based in Sydney. Every bag ships tracked, straight from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. It doesn't ship from Sydney, so we'd rather tell you the real timing up front.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in about 8 business days. To be safe, we say 10–14 business days from the day you order. That includes packing and transit. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

To most countries worldwide. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are paid by us. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Late, lost or stuck?

If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or your parcel hasn't arrived 20 business days after you ordered, email support@acapulcosocialclub.com. We'll chase it. If it's lost, we'll send a new bag or refund you in full.
