Fit
Which bag is right for me?
Start with what you carry. “Which bag is right for you?” compares every bag by what it holds and who it suits.
Will my racket fit?
Every bag has a fit line, word for word, on its page and on its card. The Fit guide has them all in one table. We don't claim more than the fit line says.
Why do some racket handles stick out?
Many rackets are longer than the bag is tall: a padel racket is up to 45.5 cm and a tennis racket about 68 to 69 cm. Las Brisas is designed for it, with a toggle cord that holds the grips still.
Can I use one bag for two sports?
The fit lines tell you. Las Brisas holds 2 padel rackets or 2 tennis rackets, handles out. Caleta holds 1 padel racket or 2 pickleball paddles.
Quality and zips
Will the zips and straps last?
We can't promise a number of seasons. We have only just launched, so there are no customer reviews yet, and we won't make any up. What we can do: you have 100 days to send a bag back, free, and if one arrives faulty we replace it or refund you without making you send it back.
What are the bags made of?
Each bag page lists its materials, from our suppliers' specifications.
Cleaning
How do I clean my bag?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Don't machine-wash or tumble-dry. Light colours show marks sooner, so a quick wipe after a match helps.
Shoes
Where do my shoes go?
Las Brisas, Condesa, Papagayo and Costera have a separate shoe pocket or compartment, each for a US women's size 10.5. On the Icacos and the Hornos, shoes go in the main compartment. Each bag page lists what it has.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
10–14 business days from your order, tracked all the way. That includes packing and transit.
How much is shipping?
Free over A$200 / £100 / US$130 / €115 / C$180 / NZ$220. Below that: A$8.95 / £4.95 / US$6.95 / €5.95 / C$8.95 / NZ$9.95. You'll see the final cost at checkout.
Where do you ship?
To most countries worldwide. If yours isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Duties
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Duties and import taxes are paid by us, so the price at checkout is the final price.
Returns
What's the 100-day guarantee?
If you don't love your bag, send it back unused within 100 days of delivery. Returns are free from anywhere, and we refund your original shipping too.
How do I return a bag?
Email support@acapulcosocialclub.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid label and refund you within 14 days of receiving the bag.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Send us a photo within 100 days. We'll replace it or refund you, and you don't need to send it back.
Gifts
Is it a good gift?
We think so. Start with the Gift guide: it has an order-by estimate for Christmas. The person you give it to can return it within 100 days, for a refund to you or a different colour.
Can you promise it arrives by Christmas?
No. We can't promise a date. The Gift guide gives an estimate for when to order, and says so plainly.
Colours
Which colour should I pick?
Black goes with everything and shows marks the least. White and cream look fresh, and show court dust and marks sooner. Pick the one you'll enjoy carrying.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll change or cancel it before it ships.
